Crosland Taylor, whose clever paper on "Flying devices," discussing the various materials which can be used and describing his own aeronautical experiments with various forms suspended from a pole, was published in the Proceedings of the Conference of 1893 on Aerial Navigation, and has been alluded to in correspondence and conversations between us.
