Octave Chanute to Wilbur Wright

Chicago, September 15, 1901

I send you herewith a copy of Lilienthal's chapter in Moedebeck's Pocket Book, which I have had made for you. Perhaps you may get a different understanding of his mode of calculation than Mr. Herring and myself obtained.

If you will let me know by what train you are to arrive Wednesday, I will meet you. If not, come right up to the house with your baggage. It is desirable that you should be here some time before the meeting, which takes place at 8 P.M., in order to look over the slides, &c.
